On 4 March 2020 Crossroads Central Asia, an independent research institute, in collaboration with the International and Comparative Politics Department of AUCA, is hosting a one-day conference titled “Thirty years of Central Asia’s international relations: taking stock and looking forward”. 

Dear AUCA Graduates! We would like to start a series of publications about our graduates and their achievements. Today's spotlight is Meerim Karybaeva, a graduate of AUCA International and Business Law (IBL-103) department and LL.

Meerim Karybaeva is a graduate of AUCA International and Business Law (IBL-103) department and LL.M. graduate of Erasmus University of Rotterdam School of Law, Netherlands. In her last visit as a guest lecturer at AUCA, Meerim discussed with students the topic of “Legal Regulation of E-Commerce in Kyrgyzstan” and shared her experiences and knowledge that she gained in her career over the course of 10 years.

Dr. Ozonnia Ojielo, UN Resident Coordinator to the Kyrgyz Republic will meet with AUCA students. The International and Comparative Politics Department is launching the ICP Ambassador Talks. The department invites international ambassadors (Bishkek residents) to come and talk to students and faculty about various issues in Foreign Policy, International Relations, Bilateral/Multilateral Agreements and Diplomacy.

Anastasia Lysogorova, a 4th-year student from the Department of Television, Cinema and Media Arts, attended the annual Rotterdam Film Festival, which was held from January 24 - February 2, 2020, in Rotterdam. 

The AUCA launches a new, interdisciplinary master's program "Talent Management and Human Development in Organizations" or in short – “TALENT”. A unique, innovative program aims at specialists in proactive human talent management to create and develop high-quality organizations and skills.

The program will publish weekly language tutorials on a range of themes.

The new additions bring the number of peer tutors to 27 and the number of subjects offered to eight.
