All students will have to take the following required courses:

  1. Cultural Concepts and Social Networks
  2. Intro to Archaeology
  3. International Development: Donors, NGOs, Communities, and Cultures 
  4. People and Things: History and Anthropology of Technology
  5. Races, Human Diversity and Biology
  6. History of Anthropological Theories 1
  7. History of Anthropological Theories 2
  8. Ethnographic Research Methods
  9. Fieldwork in Anthropology
  10. Fieldwork in Archaeology or Internship
  11. Senior Seminar
  12. Senior Thesis

 

In addition to required courses, students will have different sets of elective courses depending on their specialization:
