The American University of Central Asia has completed the construction of the Makerspace Learning and Design Center, which opened on Monday, June 24.

Dear AUCA community, we are pleased to announce Dr. Chynarkul Ryskulova's appointment to the position of Vice-President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) and inform you that the AUCA Board of Trustees has enthusiastically approved her election.

Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, August 3, 2023 — The Board of Trustees of the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) announced today that Dr. Timothy E. O’Connor, has been appointed to serve as the next President of the University.

On June 26, the grand opening of the new building of the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, built by AUCA specifically for a scientific institution, took place. David Lakhdir, Head of the AUCA Board of Trustees, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
