Mustafa Shirzad, junior student from Economics department who recently has returned to AUCA from an Exchange semester at Norwegian University of Life Sciences NMBU, Norway, tells his story about exchange semester in Norway

Kairat Talantbekov, AUCA senior student, tells us about participation at the Falling Walls Conference 2017 in Berlin. He convinced everyone at the first-ever Falling Walls Lab in Bishkek of his idea on how mentors and mentees can best learn from each other.

On Wednesday, November 1st, the American University of Central Asia’s Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC) celebrated its sixth year of providing tutoring services to the students of AUCA. 

AUCA new faculty member - Anastasia Valeeva is data journalism lecturer and open data researcher. She has researched the use of open data in investigative data journalism as part of her fellowship at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, Oxford.

Starting from this Fall, the WARC has started to offer online tutoring sessions!  As the first learning support center in the Bard-HESP network and the country of Kyrgyzstan to offer such a service, the WARC is excited to tell us more about the online tutoring program.

This summer I and my group mates had the great opportunity to take participation in the research expedition under the USAID project in Chon-Alay. It was an incredible experience.

This semester, the American University of Central Asia's Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC) is lucky to have a student from the United States, Scott Patnode, volunteering to lend English language help to students in the AUCA learning community.

Dimitri Rechov is an exchange student from Sciences Po Paris in France. He told us about his experience in Kyrgyzstan and AUCA.

AUCA alumni have gone on to achieve many great things after graduation, across numerous career paths. Meerim Karybaeva is one of them. She is currently working at the Regional Firm Centil as the Senior Associate.
