Dr. Azamat Kibekbaev is an Assistant Professor at the School of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration of the American University of Central Asia. He earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering (2016) and a Master of Engineering (2013) in the Department of Industrial Engineering from Özyeğin University (Turkey), and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Fatih University (2011, Turkey).
Dr. Kibekbaev joined AUCA in 2017 and is a member of the Student Intellectual Life Committee (SILC) of the Faculty Senate. He is an experienced Senior Data Scientist who joined MBank as a Senior Data Scientist and Team Lead in 2022. His recent work focuses on building machine learning models to predict customer loan defaults for online crediting.
